Sheffield House project presents a complicated problem that is the integration of a block of flats on a very small terrain, all keeping in mind the town hall’s regulations. As the client requested, the building houses no less then 12 appartments. The great dynamic of this building is given by the volumes and proposed finishes, the result being a modern building integrated in a big city like Bucharest.

The future house located in Popesti Leordeni, near Bucharest was designed to satisfy the comfort and estetic needs of the residents. The design is based on four appartments, of which two are completely different.

The base concept was of a villa residence which can also host a duplex type of living (two floor appartments with internal stair) and a regular appartment, all in a mirrored house. The entrances in the building were individually conceived so the residents are completely isolated.

Therefore the result is a economical, comfortable and intimate house that gives privacy to its inhabitants.
